Tokyo 2016 - Camii Mosque

We visited Camii Mosque on Friday. We purposely did it so that we can pray Jumaat prayer in this mosque. We met wonderful people at this mosque. Stories are with the pictures.

This is Mr Otaka who often helps in the mosque. He started to volunteer early 2016. Every friday after Friday prayer, he helps with the food. May Allah give His hidayah to this kind man.

Mr Shimamoto is a spokeman for the mosque. He explained to us how this mosque was built and named after the Blue Mosque in Turkey. He told us how he became a Muslim and has been a Muslim since 70s.  The mosque has utilised social media to help promote Islam in japan, The mosque always welcome people from different religions to learn more about Islam

I met a Japanese woman. Miss Sachika who wanted to experience Islam and meet Muslims for better insight and understanding. She used to be a teacher but now travels to learn more about Islam.

Mrs Sara Kato became a Muslim when she got married to a Muslim man. She has been a Muslim for more than 25 years mow. She frequently comes to the mosque to help others.

These two high school girls came to the mosque after getting info about Islam on social media. They became interested in Islam and came to the mosque to find out more about Islam
