Our rented accommodation in Mooroolbark, Victoria
This is our rented accommodation, 38 Struan Avenue, Mooroolbark, Victoria. It is about 45 minutes from Melbourne City by car.

This house is well-kept and we found it on airbnb. The owner is an Aussie, Damion. We love this house so much that if we ever come to Melbourne again, we are gonna rent this house again.

This house has everything we need: kitchen facilities for cooking - stove, pots, pans, electric kettle, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, dinner plates, muga, bowls, and all the cutleries. We brought ready-to-cook sauces so it was easier to cook our meals. We also brought instant noodles and bought some eggs, breads and milk from Coles. I often cook for breakfast and dinner. While out and about, we only spent little on food. This is definitely a way to save money while travelling.

What I really love about this house is that it got washer and dryer... just perfect for me. I often travel light...so I prefer to wash my clothes wherever I stay. Once home, I would wash our clothes and dry them before sleeping. Next morning, the clothes were clean and dry.

The house can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. It has three bedrooms - a double bed in each bedroom, a spacious living room with a wide-screen tv & a dvd player, a spacious bathroom with shower, bath tub & toilet, a dining area, a laundry room and a balcony. The most important thing is that it has a free wifi.

These are some of the pictures surrounding the house and neighbourhood.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and English...reminds me a lot of Lancaster
